What to Know for your First Appointment
A fee of $250.00 is required at time of service following the initial evaluation session. Zelle, cc, hsa cards, and checks are accepted. If you decide to move forward with therapy, services are billed at month-end and you will receive a statement to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if desired.
For in-home appointments, please reply with your address, including any important details if your location is more difficult to find or park. There is an in-home service for each home visit, with the exception of the initial evaluation.
For in-center appointments, park in the main lot off of Birch St, enter through the front door and our office is just to the left, suite 140. You can text 657-234-0034 when you get here and someone will be out to get you.
